    Sab sy pehly piyaz or Hari mirch ko chop Kar k os Ka Pani Nikal lein

    Phir chicken Minch mein ginger garlic paste piyaz Hari mirch namak mirch sokha dhaniya powder zeera powder Dal k achy sy mix kerein or sath maida Dal k mix kerein ab hath ko oil laga Kar kabab ki shape dein lein

    Ab grill pan mein Tora SA oil dalein or kabab fry Kar lein
