This is a Swahili snack, that has a blend of ingredients and it is filling. An all time snack.
Steps

In a pot boil the Potatoes together with the Garlic and onions and some salt.

Once cooked, mash the potatoes and finish with the Dhania. Make balls and set aside

In a pan, heat oil. The add Onionsboth spring and red.

Add in the Ginger and Garlic paste and cook.

Add in the minced Meat and keep cooking.

Ince the Meat is browned, add in the Black Pepper, Curry powder and Salt to taste.

Finish with Dhania.

Now take the Potato balls, one at a time. Gently spread on the palm of your hand, scoop a teaspoon full of the minced Meat then close into a ball. Repeat for the other balls.

Heat your deep frying oil, note it should be hot to avoid the balls from crumbling.

Coat each ball fully in the Egg then deep fry to a nice golden brown colour. Do not over crowd your pan, a few pieces at a time.

Serve with preferred dip.
