Boil the rice

Add oil to a hot pressure cooker or heavy bottom pot.

Next add bay leaf, star anise, shahi jeera, cloves, cardamoms & cinnamon.

Add sliced onions and slit green chilies. And soya chunks.

Next add ginger garlic paste and saute for about a minute or until the raw smell has gone off.

Add the spices salt, haldi, biriyani masala.

Make a gravy and add rice and mix.

You veg biriyani is ready.
