Ingredients

  1. 250 gmspaneer
  2. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  3. 1 tbspkitchen king masala
  4. 1 tbspgaram masala
  5. 1 cuphung curd
  6. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tbspmustard oil
  8. As per tasteSalt
  9. 2onions roughly chopped
  10. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  11. 2tomatoes roughly chopped
  12. 1 tbspjeera
  13. 2 tbspkaju paste
  14. Some whole garam masala
  15. 1 cupcream
  16. As requiredDry masalas
  17. 1 tbspkasuri methi
  18. 2 tbspbutter
  19. 2 tbspoil

    For marination :

    Take hung curd. Add ginger-garlic paste, add all dry masalas.

  3. 3

    Add mustard oil...cut paneer into cubes and marinate it in prepared marination.

  4. 4

    Keep aside for at least 10 mins. Take a pan add butter and roast marinated paneer pieces properly

  5. 5

    For gravy take oil in a pan. Add onions.Saute it. Add ginger-garlic paste. Fry it properly. Now add tomatoes

  6. 6

    Saute it till tomatoes become mushy. Allow it to cool. Once cool. Grind it in a fine paste

  7. 7

    Take oil in a pan.Add whole garam masala.Jeera..now add grind masala fry it well.

  8. 8

    Once done. Add dry masalas. Kaju paste. Mix it well. Add paneer pieces now add half cream. Mix well until it leaves oil.

  9. 9

    Add little water to adjust consistency and also add Kasuri methi.

  10. 10

    Cover it for 5 mins on low heat.

  11. 11

    Switch off the flame and add cream and green coriander leaves for garnishing.
