Chinese Fried Rice

Boil Rice with 1 tbsp Vinegar and half tsp salt. Drain and put the cooked rice aside.

Washed all vegetables and juline cut all vegetables.
fry one egg and shred it with back of spoon.

Boil chicken with salt and pepper and shred it into small pieces.
In a pot add add oil now add crushed garlic fry until golden brown, then add boiled shreded chicken and thinly sliced vegetables one by one and half green onion leaves. Saute all vegetables and then add egg in it.

Now add Soy Sauce, Chilli Sauce and Vinegar.
add black pepper white pepper and salt.Add pre cooked rice in it and mix.

Gently fry rice and vegetables now add half green onion leaves cook for few min more and serve.
