Steps
- 1
Peel and finely chop the ripe mangos.
- 2
Take a juicer mixie jar and add mangos, yogurt, fresh cream, sugar, cardamom, and kevara essence. Blend the contents at high speed until all of the mango peel and fiber are pureed.
- 3
Taste and adjust sugar/sweetener as needed.
- 4
Add a few cubes of ice at a time if the lassi is too thick, or a few tablespoons of fresh cream if it's too thin for your liking.
- 5
Transfer the blended contents to a tall glass, top up with saffron threads and let them soak for 2-3 minutes.
- 6
After saffron has been soaked, top up with chopped dry fruits and enjoy.
