Steps

Melt dark chocolate and keep it aside till it comes to room temperature.

Mix all the dry ingredients mention above in a mixing bowl.

Add oil, milk, and melted chocolate to dry ingredients and mix it thoroughly.

Bake it in a preheated oven of 180⁰c for 30 mins.

For ganache melt chocolate cream and butter mix it and let it cool down.

Once brownie and ganache are cooled, pour the ganache onto the brownie your brownie cake is ready.
