First make mango layer🥭
Sprinkle gelatin on mango juice or water In a heat proof bowl. Stirr gently to mix and let it sit for 10_15 mins - 2
Meanwhile make mango puree and transfer it in a big bowl or beaker,Put gelatin bowl in microwave n heat for 1min stir until gelatin is completely dissolved,

Pour gelatin mixture into mango puree and mix well

Arrange 8small glasses muffin tray or egg carton at an angle, (slanted) carefully pour mango mixture into each until at the edge of each glass than put carefully in fridge to set

Make vanilla layer
In a small sauce pan place milk and sprinkle gelatin on top. Give it a quick stir and let mixture sit for 10 mins.

After 10 mins turn on flame low, add sugar and pinch salt, stir and heat until gelatin dissolved

Remove from heat and add vanilla essence or beans paste. Whisk it when cool add cream in it and mix very well.

To assemble
Take out glasses from fridge already set, pour this vanilla mixture in each on mango layer. - 9
Return to fridge to chill for 1_2hr or until set
To serve top with mango small cubes and enjoy. - 10
