Wash & soak rice for 4-5 hours,grate coconut,after 4 hours remove water from rice add in mixture jar grated coconut,churn it then add rice,add curd, add water slowly,don’t add all the water at once,after every churn add some water make a smooth paste,add salt mix well.

Add less of water while grinding to make creamy batter,now add water for pouring consistency. Heat tawa grease with oil pour the mixture with the big tbsp or cup.Don’t spread it like the usual dosa we make,cook on low flame for 2 minutes,check it,after dosa will be ready remove it very carefully as it is a very thin & delicate dosa.fold it.

In a mixture jar add all ingredients of coconut chutney little water,grind it. Chutney is ready.our dosa chutney dish is ready.Don’t overlap dosas one on top of the other as they might they stick to each other.
