Peeled the potatoes and cut them length wise

In a large pot book water.Add the fries and cook for 5 minutes

Drain the water and add cornflour

Mix it completely.Heat oil in a deep pan,and add the potatoes in three portions.Fry until a nice golden texture is formed

Take them out and drain the excess oil Serve with ketchup or any sauce.Delicious and very crispy French fries are ready😚
