For kulfa and chcolate chip ice cream method start is same....

For kulfa...Whip the cream until soft peak....and add condenece milk

Again whip for 2 min and add kulfa essence,crushed almonds and green color an mix well...por in the air tight box and freeze it over night...

After 8 hours or over night kulfa is ready to eat sprinkles almonds on the top ready to eat and enjoy summer😎
