Ingredients

over night
6 person
  • 1and 1/2 cup of cream
  • 1 cupcondence milk (according to taste)
  • Kulfa essence and chocolate or vanila essence(opt)
  • 2, 3 drops of green color
  • 4 tbscrushed almond,pistacio
  • Sprinkels

Steps

over night
  1. 1

    For kulfa and chcolate chip ice cream method start is same....

  2. 2

    For kulfa...Whip the cream until soft peak....and add condenece milk

    Again whip for 2 min and add kulfa essence,crushed almonds and green color an mix well...por in the air tight box and freeze it over night...

    After 8 hours or over night kulfa is ready to eat sprinkles almonds on the top ready to eat and enjoy summer😎
