Ingredients

3-4 people
  • For Kadhai masala👇🏽
  • 3-whole red chillies 🌶
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspfennel seeds
  • 1/2 tspcoriander seeds
  • For Gravy 👇🏽
  • 2onion finely sliced
  • 3large tomatoes (purée)
  • 1/3 cupcream
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1 tspdry fenugreek leaves
  • Oil for cooking
  • Fresh coriander for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast Kadhai masala...cool it & grind it into powder

  2. 2

    Cut onions,capsicums & paneer cubes into big size & stir fry them n a little bit of oil...keep them side

  3. 3

    Saute finely sliced onions till they light golden in colour

  4. 4

    After that add ginger garlic paste & sauté,add tomatoes purée stir & mix & also add in dry spices & cook until oil start separate

  5. 5

    Once the masala is cooked add around 1/2 cup water to loosen the consistency

  6. 6

    Add stir fry veggies,paneer cubes mix gently

  7. 7

    Finish with cream,fresh coriander & garam masala
