Ingredients

15-20 minutes
1 🥣 bowl
  • 1 Raw mango
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 cupJaggery
  • 1 tspChili powder
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • Pinchfood colour optional

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the raw mango and great it. Saute the grated mango for 5 minutes on low flame

  2. 2

    After 5 minutes, add salt and jaggery. Once the jaggery is melted a little bit add the Chilli powder, food color, and cumin powder

  3. 3

    Stir everything together. Once the jaggery is melted and everything comes together, turn off the stove.

  4. 4

    Let the mixture come to room temperature.

    Aam ka chunda is ready. to Serve with roti and paratha.
