White bean miso lasagna

Cook chopped onion in frying pan with olive oil until brown, add 500g minced pork and ginger powder until mince becomes brown, and add 300g white beans.

Add 2tbsp miso, 100ml water and 2tsp soy sauce and then boil down.

Start building layers in the cooking tray, lasagna sheets and cooked mixture, forming two more layers and top with lasagna sheet and grated cheese.

Cook in oven at 400℉(200℃) for 20 mins, until cheese is cooked, and serve.
