In a bowl add sugar eggs and butter, mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl add flour, milk powder, salt, yeast and mix.

Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients add lukewarm water gradually and mix until a soft dough is formed.

Cover and leave for 1 hour.

After an hour roll flat with a rolling pin. With donut cutter cut the dough.

Fry on low medium flame.

This recipe yields 18 to 20 donuts. Let cool completely.

Cover with chocolate and decorate with some sprinkles.
