2 1/2 cupflour
1 cuppowder sugar
1 cupalmonds roughly crushed
2/3-1 cupdesi ghee / ghee
1/2 Tspbaking soda
1 Tspcardamom powder
1egg yolk

Mix all the dry ingredients

Add desi ghee

Take round biscuit mould to shape the dough

Put the nankhatae in a baking tray on the butter paper
5

Brush them with egg yolk
6

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees...put the tray in it for about 30mins at 110 degrees.
