This sweet and sour sauce is very tasty. You can preserve it for 6 months. It is a recipe created.
Steps

Wash the mangoes well. Peeled and cut into slices. Mango should be less sour.

In a large pan add 1 cup water, vinegar, mango slice, red chilies, and salt. (vinegar will work as a preservative) Cook it for 30 minutes till mangoes become soft. keep aside for cooling.

After cooling blend it nicely. Now cook it again with sugar. Cook for another 8 to 10 minutes.

Now add green food colour. If You do not like can skip the color. Our sweet and sour sauce is ready. Let it cool. Using piping bag pour in bottle. Enjoy with some hot snacks.
