Take a wok and heat it with 500 ml of milk.keep the medium flame and stir it contineously until half.Add milk powder nicely mixed with lukewarm milk.stir it now add malai and sugar and boil it while stirring it continuously till it becomes thick.Add strands of kesar to it.

Now take a mango wash it and cut the sliver end of the stem end.keep it aside.Now make a slit on the cheek sides of the pit.After wards remove the pit by the tong.By doing this procedure you will make a hole in the mango to fill inn the kulfi mixture.Remove the flesh from the pit removed and incert in the mango itself.

Now fill the hollow mango with the kulfi mixture prepared and place each mangoes into a small glass to keep it straight that no kulfi mixture flows out.Cover the mango with the cap like stem end removed in the starting.

Now arrange all the mangoes like the same procedure in the small glasses and deep freeze for at least 8 hours.Now remove it from the glass after the Mango kulfi is freezed and keep on the plate.Peel the skin of the mango and cut the delicious mango kulfi into discs.Enjoy the flavour of shahi kulfi in the mango pulp.
