Pour the one cup in a bowl add salt sugar then.mix.Then one egg butter fresh milk and vanilla flavour and yeast.Then mix and start to.knead for five.mins.Cover with cling wrap and keep in the fridge.

In another bowl add flour sugar and salt.Mix it well then add fresh.milk butter yeast egg and milo powder.Then start to knead do it for five.mins then cover with cling wrap and keep in the fridge for one hour.

After an hour form.into square and place in.a.moulder brush with egg wash then bake in.preheat oven for 20mins at 18c.
