2 tbspcumin
2 tbspdhaniya
1-2Dry red chilli
2potato
as required Masoor dal

Boil washed poi with potato and masoor dal

Grind and make a paste of above-mentioned masala with garlic and sarso seeds+ cumin+dhaniya+ red chilli+ turmeric+black pepper.

Saute in mustard oil the Step 1 and Step 2 ingredients with 1 tomato and salt.
