Mango Bhel

An innovative touch to a fantabulous street food of Mumbai by me. I have used Mangoes in this as part of an extraordinary twist. Though it's already made with Raw Mango in many parts of the Country, this is my idea of using Sweet and juicy Mangoes in Bhel.
It's an awesome one. Absolutely easy and yummy too.
You will love it for sure. Indulge in this treat with your loved ones at Tea-time or for a tempting Brunch on any day.
An easy dish with the use of Mangoes this Summer.
It makes an excellent option for a kitty party too.
An evergreen street food of Mumbai in my style this Summer with the King of Fruits. It will make you fall in love with it's beautiful looks and texture. Tangy, Sweet and a bit spicy, it has different flavours, all combined in one dish.

Roast both Puffed Rice and Peanuts separately in a tablespoon of Oil until crisp and done. Add Salt to taste along with the Red Chilli powder. Mix well. Saute until a bit crisp. Set aside to cool. Next is to add all of the mentioned ingredients to a bowl. And then you just need to toss everything well. That's it.

And remember one thing, that like always, this needs to be served right away. So make it accordingly. Do not make it in advance even for a single serving. Please remember this important tip. Enjoy!
