It’s originated from Mughals cuisines during olden days people use to prepare food which can last for few days those days preservatives for food we’re different as in now we are easy to go with baking powder, baking soda & yoghurt so always had this food from hotels and restaurant since a Cookpad home chef tried my hands twice on this and it turned out deliciously awesome. This time I have prepared garlic butter kulche .
Let’s get started:-
Steps
- 1
Firstly take 1/2 cup water microwave it for 30 seconds and take a bowl pop in sifted all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, oil, yoghurt mix everything to bind first gradually add little water and knead the dough until combined and cover it and let it rest for 2-3 hours for perfect results.
- 2
Once the dough is ready knead again with greased palms and prepare four balls now take a rolling pin and roll it in oval shape and garnish with minced garlic, kalonji seeds, coriander leaves press it to embed in perfectly. Then flip it on another palm and brush with water
- 3
And stick it with water side on preheated tawa once the bubbles formed just pick the tawa handle in hand and flip towards the flame directly & rotate it to cook evenly once it’s I done remove it and brush with melted butter. Gradually prepare all in similar fashion.
