Preparing the dough

Take a pan and dry roast peanuts, rice, cumin seeds, chilli flakes, fennel. It will take maximum 5 minutes to get all items roasted.

Let it cool and then grind all the roasted items in a grinder to powdered form.

Now add chopped onions, bell peppers, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder and salt to the grinded powder of peanuts and rice.

Now add curd to the mixture and mix properly

Add little water at time to make dough and rest aside for 10 mins

Preparing Til chutney

Add coriander leaves, white sesame seeds, curd, green chillies, black pepper, cumin powder, salt, little water and grind

Grind well to make Chutney

Frying the triangles

Now grease hands and make small balls out of dough and shape the balls to triangle
- 12
Heat the oil in a pan for shallow frying and check the temperature of oil for frying

Add the triangles to oil and shallow fry on low to medium heat (please do not add more than 4 triangles at a time else oil will began to cool down)

Now turn upside down and cook the triangles from other side

Take out the triangles in a plate and serve hot with til chutney
