1 tspred chilli powder
as per tasteSalt
1/4 tsphaldi

In a pan add chana & toast for 5-7mins

In a bowl add 1/4 cup water & all the spices.

Mix this to black chana & cook for another 5 mins.

It is ready... let it cool & keep it in an airtight box.
