Besan laddu are very popular and very healthy and nutrisions.

Steps

In a pan heat up ghee add gram flour roast it on low heat. Stir continuously. (gram flour may stick or burn)

Roast till gram flour turn reddish in colour and smells well. (roast almost for 10 min)

Turn off heat mix cardamom powder into it. Keep aside to cool it down mixture should b lukewarm add powder sugar.

Mix all well add dry fruits roll it into like balls laddu shape.
Garnish with your choices.
