Soak chia seeds for 1 hour. Boill vermicilli.

Wash peel and chopped mango. Keep milk in a freezer for 2hr. Now take frozen milk and chopped mango in a mixie jar. Add sugar and cardamom without skin and churn. The Mango mixture is ready.

For Icecream:- Boil milk add sugar take 1/4cup cold milk in a bowl dilute cornflour and gms powder. Mix in a boiled milk stir cont. On slow flame. For 7-8min. Turn off flame stir 2-3min. Allow it to cool at room temp. Transfer in air-tight container. Keep in a freezer to set ice crea base. Take out from the freeze and add milk powder and beat with electric beater 6-7min. Add chopped pistachio and pinch green colour and beat again. And again transfer in airtight container. To set for whole night.

Take a serving glass. Pour 3tbsp. Mango mixture. Pour chia seeds vermicilli again mango mixture chopped mango pieces. And pistachio ice cream. Garnish with chopped pistachio mint leaves cherry n mango slice.
