Firstly take a bowl to add corn, capsicum, grated cheese cubes.

Chopped onions, some Italian seasoning and add some mixed herb.

Some salt, chaat masala, and black pepper powder mix it well and set aside.

Roll a dough-like puri shape. And fill in the center of puri.

Close the edges with a fork. Aside from heat oil in a pan and shallow fry them.
