Ingredients

45 minutes
4 to 5 servings
  1. Tadka
  2. 4-5 Finely chopped onions
  3. 10Finely chopped garlic cloves
  4. as neededFinely chopped small piece of ginger
  5. 4 - 5Finely chopped green chillies
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  10. 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  11. 1/2 tsp Finally grated Raw Mango
  12. as per needMustard oil
  13. as neededTinde

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Put oil in pan add cumin seeds,onions,garlic,raw mango, garam masala,red chilli powder,salt and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Mix the ingredients well

  3. 3

    When tadka gets little brown than add tinde and cook it on a low flame for 20 minutes

  4. 4

    When tindas are cooked than serve it with chapati, green chillies and onions
