  1. 1 canmackerel in oil
  2. 1 handfulGuanmiao noodles
  3. 1 handfulbaby bok choy
  4. some shimeji mushrooms
  5. some wood ear mushrooms
  6. slicessome carrot
  7. piecessome green onion
  8. Seasonings
  9. some white pepper
  10. some salt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Stir-fry the carrot slices, green onion pieces, wood ear mushrooms, and shimeji mushrooms in order until fragrant.

    Add the mackerel sauce and stir-fry, then add water and bring to a boil. Add the mackerel meat and simmer.

    Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the Guanmiao noodles and baby bok choy.

    Once the soup is flavorful, combine it with the noodles and serve.
