Steps

Mix all the spices +oil+ salt and blend

Marinate the chicken inside and outside with the mixed spices.

Cover the chicken with cling and refrigerate it overnight.

Remove the chicken from the fridge and let it sit for 10 mins.

Preheat your oven at 200 degrees.

Tie the chicken legs and tack in the wings.(Helps for even roasting)

Roast your chicken for 50 mins. You can roast it with carrots and potatoes or any accompaniment of your choice.

When done. Let it sit in the oven for few minutes to drain all the water.

Serve.
