500 gfillets(fried)
3tomatoes(blended)
1large onion
Salt to taste
3 tbspc.oil

Fry onions till brown.

Add the blended tomatoes and salt. Let it simmer for few minutes.

Add 1 cup of water and cook till it is reduced.

Add your fried fillets. Cook for 5-10 minutes.

Serve with ugali and greens.
