Beat egg, milk & sugar with hand whisk for 4 min or use electric beater.

In another bowl mix self raising flour salt together..now fold it in egg mixture lwith spatula..

In non-stick pan grease it with butter,

Pour pancake mix into a sauce bottle.
Drop small coin size batter on heated pan, make as many as possible with different size & shape but space between them and do not overcrowd as they expand a little. - 5
. Cook for 2 minutes (bubbles will appear on top). Turn and cook for 1-2 minutes and remove.
Serve warm with butter, fresh fruits, chocolate chips, and milk. Drizzle maple syrup or honey on top.
