Ingredients

  1. For nachos..
  2. 1/2 cupmaize (yellow corn) flour
  3. 1/2 cupwheat flour
  4. 1/4 cupmaida (all-purpose flour)
  5. 1 tspcarom seeds
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 cuphot water
  8. For mango salsa
  9. 1chopped tomato
  10. 1chopped onion
  11. 1/2chopped cucumber
  12. 2 tbspschopped carrot
  13. 2 tbspchopped raw mango
  14. 2 tbspschopped ripe mango
  15. 2 tbspschopped coriander
  16. 1 tbspstomato sauce or (ketchup)
  17. 1 tbspsnachos masala
  18. For nachos masala
  19. 1 tspblack salt
  20. 1/2 tspsalt
  21. 2 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  22. 1 tspcoriander,cumin seeds powder
  23. 1 tspgarlic powder
  24. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Together all flour in a big bowl,add salt & carom seeds,in a vassal add 1 cup water boil it.add hot water into flour mixture bowl,mix water & flour properly cover it keep aside for 10 minutes.

    Now add oil in flour mixture knead a semi soft dough,grease with oil cover it rest for 10 minutes.Now take a some portion of dough,make ball roll it like roti.

    Prick with fork,cook on tawa for 1/2 to 1 minute both sides.cuts into triangle shape.

    Heat oil in a deep kadhai,fry all nachos until brown,

    Prepare nachos masala sprinkle on nachos.

    Now prepare mango salsa,add chopped ingredients in a bowl add 1 tbsp nachos masala & tomato ketchup mix properly.

    Tasty Tasty nachos,salsa is ready,serve in a plate.some plain nachos & some with mango salsa
