Steps

First take dudhi & peel it & then grate it in chilli cutter & chopped coriander & squeeze one lemon juice & cut jaggery in thin pieces so they can easily mix in flour & take sesame seeds also.

Now take a dough & take all the dry ingredients as mentioned above & put oil in dough and mix all the ingredients properly with flour & then if needed add little water to prepare a semi solid dough.

Now cover the prepare dough for 1/2 an hour with a bowl or plate
After 1/2 an hour mix the dough with little oil & make small balls out of dough. - 4
Now with the help of dry flour roll one by one all balls in a circle shape
Now heat the iron tawa put the prepare thepla on it & when it is cooked from one side flip it & cook it another side. - 5
Then add one spoon oil on tawa and roast the thepla from both sides on tawa till it is golden brown in colour

Your healthy & delicious theple is ready to serve with mango pickle & hot tea or coffee
