Easy Low-Calorie Roly-poly Egg Puffs

I made these for my little niece who hadn't learned to talk yet. They don't use any oil and are just a little sweet. Her mom is happy that she can keep popping these into her mouth without feeling guilty.
If the dough won't come together, add a little milk. Since they're round, sometimes the center is still a little raw even after they're cooled, so if they still look a little raw inside, try heating them in a microwave at 500 W for 30 seconds at a time. Microwaves heat things from the inside out, so be careful not to burn them. Recipe by mini

Steps
- 1
Mix the egg and sugar together well.
- 2
Cut in the katakuriko to mix. Cover in plastic wrap and rest in the refrigerator for around 30 minutes.
- 3
Shape the dough into 1.5 cm balls, and bake for 8 minutes at 200℃, and a further 3-5 minutes at 170℃. If they look like they're going to burn, cover them with foil.
- 4
It's ready when they've browned a little bit on the bottom. Let them cool, and they're done.
