Easy Low-Calorie Roly-poly Egg Puffs

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I made these for my little niece who hadn't learned to talk yet. They don't use any oil and are just a little sweet. Her mom is happy that she can keep popping these into her mouth without feeling guilty.

If the dough won't come together, add a little milk. Since they're round, sometimes the center is still a little raw even after they're cooled, so if they still look a little raw inside, try heating them in a microwave at 500 W for 30 seconds at a time. Microwaves heat things from the inside out, so be careful not to burn them. Recipe by mini
