Firstly collect all ingredients. Grate ginger. crush clove, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon stick, and carom seeds with a mortar pestle.

In-vessel put water add crushed masala and tulsi boil it till turns half of the quantity of water. Now add jaggery and salt boil it till jaggery dissolve. now add ghee mix it switches off the flame.

Strain it and Serve it hot.
