Ingredients

  • (For naan dough)
  • 2 cup= plain flour
  • 1/2 cup= yogurt
  • 1 tbsp= oil
  • 1 tsp= sugar
  • 1/2 tsp= salt
  • 1 tsp= yeast
  • 1= egg
  • warm water as required
  • (For qeema)
  • 300gm.= chicken mince
  • 2 tbsp= oil
  • 1= chopped onion
  • 1 tsp= g.g paste
  • 1 tsp= green chilli paste
  • 1/2 tsp= coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp= cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp= red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp= garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste

Steps

    (For naan dough)
    In a bowl add all-purpose flour, sugar, instant yeast, oil, yogurt, salt and egg mix well all, gradually add warm.water and knead until soft dough is formed, cover and let it rest for 1&1/2hour.

    For qeema
    In a pan heat oil and add chopped onion till translucent now add g.g paste cook for 10sec
    add chicken mince and cook for 1mints now add all masala except garam masala and green chilli paste add1/2cup water, cover and cook for 10 mints, remove the lid and add garam masala powder and cook till water get dries out completely,remove from the flame and cool completely at room temperature

    Now grease hands with oil, sprinkle dry flour & divide the dough into equal parts,
    Take one part,sprinkle dry flour make a ball and flatten with the help of hands, add prepared chicken filling in the centre, pull the edges up press and seal, sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin
    Apply milk add sesame seed and press gently
    Now flip the naan &apply water with the help of the hands

    Heat the tawa place naan(wet side down)and cook on low flame,until it starts to bubble & bottom has browned then flip the tawa and cook other side directly on the flame until it turns brown or charred
    Apply butter on top side and serve
