Traditional Thanksgiving side dish in our family.

Ingredients

  1. 4 Cupscanned greenbeans (drained)
  2. 1-10.5 ouncecan cream of mushroom soup
  3. 2-7 oz.cans whole button mushrooms drained
  4. 3/4 Cupevaporated canned milk
  5. 1/8 tsp.black pepper
  6. 1 1/3 CupsFrench fried onions

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix soup, milk, and pepper in a large mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Stir in mushrooms and green beans.

  3. 3

    Stir in 2/3 Cup of French fried onions.

  4. 4

    Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Stir and top with remaining 1/3 cup onions and bake uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes OR until onions have browned.

Made this today but substituted frozen green beans and fresh baby bella mushrooms for canned. Turned out great! Thanks for sharing! 👍
