Ingredients

  1. 4bread slices
  2. 1big boiled potato
  3. 2 tbsp Schezwan chutney
  4. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tsp coriander leaves
  6. 2 tbsp amul butter
  7. 1 tbsp salt
  8. 1 tsp mixed herbs
  9. 2cheese cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Mash potato, add ginger garlic paste,mixed herbs,salt

    Apply butter and Schezwan chutney. Spread potato mixture. Grate cheese on bread slices.

    Heat Pan put amul butter.put slices on pan cover with lead.cook till cheese melts on low heat.

    Mix Schezwan chutney with mayonnaise.fill it in piping bag squeeze it on plate.put bread slices.serve hot.
