This toast is literally made of avocado! I love it! I eat it with a dip egg and a tall glass of apple cider! (In the picture, only one of my toasts has avocado on it)

Toast a piece of whole wheat bread in the oven or a toaster. Cut an avocado in 1/2 and scoop out the insides after removing the pit. Smash the avocado, adding salt and pepper as you mash. Take toast out of oven and spread avocado mix. Add desired toppings.

I made Avocado Toast this morning for breakfast. It's my husband's favorite. I never measured the ingredients, was going to do it this morning, but I was in rush. Next time when I make this again I will try to measure everything and edit this recipe.
