Cut around the seed and spoon out the avocado. Line it up on the bread and add mayonnaise.

Set the toaster oven for 5 minutes, let it heat up for 3 minutes, and then grill for 2 minutes. Sprinkle black pepper and it's done.

Toast for 5 minutes and grilled for 1 minute.

I grilled this version with rice. I also sprinkled Krazy Salt.
