Sometimes bananas just over ripe at home and nobody wants to eat them. I have used such bananas in this recipe.

Mix the sugar and yeast in the lukewarm milk. Let sit for 10 minutes for blooming.

Mash the bananas in a bowl. Now add the flour and mix. Now add the yeast mixture. Make a shaggy dough.

Now knead the dough for some time and add the oil. knead it until it just passes the windowpane test.

Now apply a little bit of oil and cover it, let it rest till it becomes double in size.

Now spread it and cut it into three parts so that one end is intact.

Apply nutrela in the middle of each part.

Cover each part and make a braid. Cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Bake at 180-degree certificate.

Nutrela bread is ready.
