Heat 2 tbsp ghee and add bro sawaiyan and fry for 10 minutes add icing sugar after 5 minutes

Now take milk separate 2 tbsp milk dissolve custard powder and boil remaining milk with elaichi

Gently add custard mix and cook custard for 10 minutes whisk properly so dat lumps doesn't form

Now start layering first sawaiyan then custard

Serve chilled to your guests its a twist adding sawaiyan in your dessert like this
