Ingredients

5 sliceBoiled pork
1/2Nectarine
1Red onion
1 dashSalt and coarsely ground black pepper
1Sweet chilli sauce
1 dashApple cider vinegar

Steps

Boil some pork thigh meat. Slice it thinly and mix it with the nectarine, onion, salt and apple cider vinegar.
2

Transfer it to a serving plate, top with sweet chilli sauce and black pepper, and it's done.
