Take a pan and heat ¼ cup oil.

Add chicken and fry on low flame. When it is tender, keep it aside.

Now, take a pan and heat oil in it. Fry onions till golden-brown.

Add cardamom and ginger-garlic paste. Add all the spices and salt. Fry and add water. Fry and repeat 2 - 3 times.

Add yogurt and mix. Add tomato paste and mix. Add the fried chicken and mix.

Cook and add water if needed. When the spices have been fried well, add fenugreek and mix

Add cream and mix. Cover for 5 minutes and cook.

Dish it out and garnish with lemon and coriander leaves.
