Penne Gorgonzola with Blue Cheese Penne Gorgonzola with Blue Cheese
I had leftover blue cheese that I bought for snacking, so I decided to use it to try to make a dish from a restaurant I like.Make sure you salt the water when you boil the penne (or other pasta).I think a stronger tasting blue cheese would be better for this. Adjust the amount of cheese depending on what kind you're using. The saltiness in the cheese can vary, so check the flavor and add more salt if necessary. Recipe by Kemu cookpad.japan -
Penne Arrabbiata with Fresh Tomatoes Penne Arrabbiata with Fresh Tomatoes
I didn't have canned tomatoes, so I came up with a pasta using fresh tomatoes.Stew the tomato, thin it out with pasta water, then coat the penne in the sauce. That's all it takes to give a rich flavor to tomatoes with strong acidity. Recipe by Tomomon1028. cookpad.japan -

Penne Chicken Gorgonzola Penne Chicken Gorgonzola
One of my wife’s favorite meals we came across it in a restaurant. I more recently found a similar recipe on TasteofHome which I modified to our taste preference and we fix enough for 4 so we can have leftovers a 2nd night. I’m not a professional chef so I usually fix mushrooms and pasta before I start the chicken and sauce. I find it much easier to manage everything. rockinronk -

Basic Penne Arrabbiata Basic Penne Arrabbiata
This penne arrabbiata is a very common family meal in Italy. This is a very basic recipe. It is very tasty and easy to cook as it is, so try it out.Cook finely chopped garlic until golden brown, and add whole tomatoes at the very best moment. This stops cooking garlic immediately. It is better to cook garlic until golden brown to extract nice aroma. Adjust the amount of red pepper to suit your taste. Recipe by valentino cookpad.japan -
