  1. 1/4 cupDahi
  2. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  3. 1 tspLemon juice
  4. 1 1/2 tspJerra powder
  5. 1/2 tspChat masala
  6. 1/2 tspKala namak
  7. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  8. 1/2 tspKasuri methi
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. 2 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  11. 2 tspBesan
  12. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  13. 2 tspMustard oil
  14. 16 pcPaneer cubes
  15. 16 pcSimla mirch cubes
  16. 16 pcPyazz k shells
  17. as required Butter for cooking
  18. 1tspLemon for serving
  19. 1tspChaat masala for serving

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Firstly we have toh mix all the masala in dahi (take thick curd)

  2. 2

    Then heat the mustard oil and put it in the mixture and mix it with spoon

  3. 3

    Now add the panner cubes, simla mirch and pyazz in the marinate

  4. 4

    Leave the marinate for 20 mins for good flavor

  5. 5

    Then take out panner, pyaz and simla mirch and roast it on non-stick pan on medium flame

  6. 6

    Once they are slightly brown in colour then take out on a plate add lemon and chaat masala and serve it hot
