Chop finely : water chesnut, prawn, spring onion, onion, shiitake mushrooms
-put All The ingredients together mix well - 2
Take 1piece dry soya Bean skin brush it with white egg
-then take 3tbs ingredients put on top the soya bean skin - 3
Fold the sides then role it
-then deep fried it until golden brown cook with small flames - 4
Drain well cut it then ready to serve
