Ingredients

  1. 500 grminced pork,
  2. 200 grprawn,
  3. 200 grwater chesnut
  4. 40 gronion
  5. 3 piecesdry shiitake mushrooms soak it until soft
  6. 30 grspring onion
  7. 2 tbsfish sauce
  8. 1 tbscooking wine
  9. 1 tbssesame oil,
  10. 2 tspfive spice powder,
  11. 1 tspground pepper,
  12. 2 tspsugar
  13. ,1 (,5 tbs)oysters sauce,
  14. 2eggs yolk +1white egg mix together with the ingredients
  15. 1white egg for brush the soya bean skin

  1. 1

    Chop finely : water chesnut, prawn, spring onion, onion, shiitake mushrooms
    -put All The ingredients together mix well

    Take 1piece dry soya Bean skin brush it with white egg
    -then take 3tbs ingredients put on top the soya bean skin

    Fold the sides then role it
    -then deep fried it until golden brown cook with small flames

    Drain well cut it then ready to serve
