Steps

First, in a wok take water cut the brinjal into two parts then add into water boil it for 10 minutes. Let's cool it then remove its skin and mash it.

Now take a mixing bowl add curd whisk it very nice then add mashed brinjal, chopped tomatoes, and coriander leaves.mix well. now add all powder spices gently.

Add some water as required mix again. garnish with some coriander leaves and Serve with any dal or rice or pulao.
